Shareable Links
Agencies often share their Databoards or Reports using a shareable URL link.
You can click on "Share" when hovering over a Databoard or Report to create a Shareable Link.
If you want to share it with collaborators outside Databox, you need to enable the Public link option. This makes the link accessible to anyone with it, displaying the Databoard(s) with the same settings as in your Databox account.
You can also lock the link using a password or enable it only for specific IP addresses.
Share via Email
Databoards can be sent via email one time or on a predefined schedule using Scheduled Snapshots. Specify one or more email recipients, the file format, and date range. You can also add a custom subject and a personal note.
Invite the client into the account
Invite clients directly into the account so they can view their dashboards. Read more about this here to Set client user access.
