The issue with your Shopify metrics not loading could be related to Shopify API limitations, which restrict the amount of data that can be pulled within a certain timeframe. This is especially true for larger stores with substantial data.
Shopify allows a maximum of 250 orders per synced page of orders, and 20 API requests per 10 seconds. If you have the same Shopify store connected multiple times in platforms similar to Databox that sync orders through the API, this could lead to additional requests and longer syncing times.
To enhance performance, it's advised to maintain a single connection per store. Please note that accounts with a vast number of orders might still take longer time to sync.
