How can I track user journeys and analyze drop-offs in Databox?

For tracking the whole user journey and analyzing drop-offs, you can visualize your data using the Pipeline or Funnel visualizations.

PRO TIP: Click on "ADDITIONAL SETTINGS" in the right-hand navigation bar and scroll down to Step conversion where you can further personalize how you want to visualize your pipeline or funnel chart.

For example, you can specify if you want to see conversion percentage from one stage/step to the next, or if all stages/steps should consider the first value when calculating the overall conversion rate.
