How to aggregate data across data sources and accounts

Using Data Calculations in Databox you can combine data across different Data Sources by creating a calculated metric. You can access the feature by logging into your Databox account and navigating to Metrics > Data Calculations, or by opening this link.


Here are a few use cases when this can be helpful:

Calculate rates like Conversion Rate, Close Rate and more

You can build custom metrics from multiple data sources to create one final calculation. This can be helpful when creating metrics like Response Rate, Conversion Rate, Close Rate, Bounce Rate, ROAS, and more. You can even create multi-level calculations for more complex setups.

Combine data across clients to report on cumulative totals

You can combine data from multiple clients like Impressions to report on overall impressions generated across all clients your business manages. This way, you can report on a cumulative value and monitor trends.

*Please note that to do this, you need to connect the respective data sources in the agency account.
