In Databox, you can automate sending reports to other employees or clients. These reports can include dashboards you've already created, as well as text, images, links, and automated data stories (summaries). Below are the most popular options to automate sharing of reports.
1. Add an AI Summary to your Databoard
You can use the AI Summary datablock and add it to your databoard to automatically generate insights for key metrics to streamline reporting, highlight trends, and track performance shifts. Read more about the AI Summary visualization here.
2. Create and schedule the delivery of Reports
With Reports, you can create a slide presentation and have it automatically delivered for example on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. It helps save hours of work for reports that need to be prepared on a regular schedule.
When creating a Report, you can add databoards to it alongside individual metrics, images, text, and automated text (data stories) with data inputs that automatically update based on what date range you have selected. Read more about How to create a slide presentation in Reports.
3. Scheduled Databoard/Loop Snapshots
With Scheduled Snapshots, you can export PDFs or JPGs of your Databox dashboards at regular times. Read more about How to set up a Scheduled Snapshot.
4. Set up a Scorecard of your most important metrics
