In Databox, we support Facebook Pages, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Business. We currently do not support connecting personal Facebook or personal Instagram profiles, however, you can switch your Instagram Personal account into a Business account to enable integration with Databox.
Switch your Instagram Personal into and Instagram Business account
You can switch your Instagram Personal profile to a Instagram Business Account so you can connect it to Databox. Here are the instructions for switching from personal to business account (source):
Tap Profile or your profile picture in the bottom right to go to your profile.
Tap Edit profile.
Tap Switch to professional account.
Tap Next.
Select a category for your business and tap Switch to professional account.
Select Business and tap Next.
Add contact details and tap Next. To skip this step, tap Don’t use my contact info.
