To access Custom Conversion data and Event data in Databox, you need to use Facebook Ads Pixel Metric Builder in Databox.
How to access Custom Conversion data
Select the Pixels tab.
Choose the correct Pixel.
Set the Metric to "Custom Conversions".
Choose what custom conversion you want to report on.
Set a name for the custom metric and save it.
How to access Events data
Select the Pixels tab.
Choose the correct Pixel.
Set the Metric to "Events received".
Under Dimensions, set what dimension you want to split Events by. You can choose between by Event Type, by Device, by Domain, by URL, and total.
Set a name for the custom metric and save it.
Limitations
Due to an API limitation, Custom Metrics built using the Metric Builder for Facebook Ads (Pixels) will have 28 days of historical data available once the metric is being used in your account.
It is not currently possible to filter Custom Conversions by Ad, Campaign, or other Dimensions.
"Offline" and "Mobile App" Pixels are currently not supported in Databox.
Recent conversions might not be visible yet as it takes Facebook up to 4 days to process a new conversion and make it visible in the report.
Custom Conversions have to be set on the Ad Account Level so you will need to have the Ad Account ID set in order for Custom Conversions to sync with Databox.
