How to set up the Custom Metric in Databox

  1. Open Metric Builder and select Facebook Ads as the Data Source.

  2. Go to the Ads Reporting tab.

  3. Set the Metric to Actions.

  4. Set the Action Type to Messaging Conversations Started.

  5. Set the Dimension to Ad.

  6. Save the Custom Metric.
