There are a few ways you can move forward with this:
1. Cancel your Account
By cancelling your account, we will stop syncing with your connected Data Sources. Your login credentials and account information can be reactivated if you choose to use Databox again in the future. All cancellations must be done by the Account Owner in-app. The Account Owner should log in to their Databox Account, navigate to Billing > Plans, and scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button.

2. Delete your Account
Deleting your account is irreversible. If you decide to delete your account, all data will be erased and the account will be removed from our system completely.
