If you're trying to track Cost Per Link Click (CPLC) from Instagram Ads and filter out entries with a value of €0, there are two common challenges you might face: connection issues and filtering limitations.
1. Instagram Business Connection Issues
To successfully connect your Instagram Business account in Databox:
Make sure you log in using your Facebook credentials that have proper access to the connected Page.
Use Incognito mode to avoid login conflicts caused by cached sessions.
Confirm the Instagram Business profile is linked to the correct Facebook Page with all permissions enabled.
2. Filtering Out CPLC Values of €0
Currently, Meta Ads data pulled into Databox does not support native filtering to exclude CPLC = €0 directly within Metric Builder. Here are two recommended workarounds:
Use Google Sheets or Excel as a Data Source
Export your Meta Ads data to Google Sheets or Excel.
Use
FILTER()orQUERY()functions to exclude rows where CPLC = 0.Connect the cleaned sheet to Databox and build your custom metric from that data.
